An eccentric individual of the SPARTAN-III program, Coraline-343 suffered crippling side effects of the augmentation process that rendered her unable to serve in battle. During recovery, SIERRA-343 instead was assigned to the team engineering the "War Games" training sim currently used by the UNSC Infinity's SPARTAN-IV program. Though she has since recovered from her injuries as of 2554 and is approved for live combat, she has largely relegated herself to the War Games simulator, particularly the Forge application; Coraline has been known to create highly imaginative and elaborate contructs within the Forge that are designed to test Spartans mental as well as physical prowess.

After watching the Coraline movie today, I started fooling around in the Halo 4 armory, and... this happened. The little backstory popped into my head shortly after. Sort of meant to be an Easter Egg-ish character, more suited to Red Vs. Blue than Halo canon, I suppose.
Still can't take screenshots as the File Share is still down; hopefully that'll be fixed by the end of the month. There is a Title Update due in late February, according to the latest Halo bulletin, but I really hope we don't have to wait until then...

Funny, you're not the only person who made references to Coraline in Halo...I actually had my OWN Spartan-III named Coraline (Coraline-G011). And ironically enough she had yellow armor as well (as she was part of Christian's Yellow team).
